Common Questions About the Partner Program
What do couples get when they redeem my coupon?
The full Wedibox All-In-One package. Unlimited photo and video uploads, a digital guestbook, an audio guestbook, a wedding website, RSVP with guest list and seating, a live slideshow, and full quality downloads. Every free Wedibox wedding tool is included as well. Your brand appears on their gallery.
How long does each gifted event last?
Guests can upload for 6 months. The gallery stays online for 1 year. Both clocks start on the activation date the couple picks, usually the wedding day. Couples can extend either window later with a one-time payment.
Can a couple redeem a coupon now for a wedding years away?
Yes. The coupon unlocks their event right away, so they can set up their website, guest list, and RSVP today. The upload and storage clocks do not start until the activation date they schedule. A couple with a 2028 wedding loses nothing by redeeming now.
Do my events or coupons expire?
Unused events stay in your balance until you gift them, and your coupon code keeps working as long as you have events left. Once a couple redeems an event, its clocks run: 6 months of uploads and 1 year of storage from their activation date.
How does the free first event work?
Your first event is on us when you sign up. No credit card is needed. If you then buy the 5 event pack, you have 6 events in total to gift.
Is Wedibox white labeled?
Wedibox is co-branded, not white labeled. Your name and logo appear next to the Wedibox brand on the gallery, the flyers, and the emails couples receive. Couples always see the gift came from you.
How do couples redeem my code?
Hand them your flyer or send them your code. They create their Wedibox, enter the code, and pay nothing. Your partner dashboard shows every couple who redeemed.
What if a stranger redeems my code?
Every redemption waits for your approval. It shows as pending in the Couples tab of your partner dashboard. If the couple is not your client, decline it, and the event returns to your balance. Redemptions you do not act on approve themselves after 14 days.
How much does the partner program cost?
Your first event is free. After that, packs cost $195 for 5 events, $320 for 10 events, or $500 for 20 events. That is $39 down to $25 per event. One payment, no subscription.
